"Current Perspectives on Treating PTSD in Veterans" is presented by staff of the Fort Worth Veteran's Affairs Medical Center. Psychiatrist Duane Purcell, M.D., will review the diagnosis, history, pharmacological treatment and dynamic psychiatric perspectives. Psychologists Tara Saia-Lewis, Ph.D. and Jan Bennett, Ph.D. will discuss CBT and exposure therapies. Psychologist Daphne Fatter, Ph.D., will discuss military sexual trauma treatment.
