Presented by Bryan Duncan, PhD
Bryan Duncan, PhD, is licensed Clinical Psychologist, with concentrations in Clinical Health and Forensic Psychology. He is the Assistant Director of the JPS Psychology Internship Program and specializes in treating trauma while focusing on cognitive/behavioral models. Additionally Dr. Duncan holds an academic appointment at UNT Health Sciences Center.
Course Objectives
At the end of the workshop participants will be able to:
1. Discuss the application of tabletop role-playing games in treatment 2. Identify three theoretical models of treatment suitable for TTRPG applications 3. Relate relevant history and mechanics of TTRPGs 4. Outline applications of TTRPG to individual, group, and tele modalities
