At the conclusion of the program, participants will have learned:

1.The purposes and history of the No Surprises Act.

2. How to fulfill the obligations of providing Good Faith Estimates timely.

3. How to update their office forms.

4. How other business forms and filling processes meet federal and state requirements. 

There will also be a Q & A session to address participant issues and problems.

Continuing Education: Hours awarded will be determined by how long you stay connected to the meeting.
